If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

1. Definitions

Applicable Law means all applicable laws, rules, regulations, guidelines, and statutory requirements in force in India, including any amendments thereto.

Content means all movies, videos, audio, text, graphics, images, software, metadata, and other materials made available on the Platform.

Platform means the ChillTube mobile application and any other digital medium through which ChillTube provides its Services.

Services means the OTT streaming services, subscription access, and related features provided by ChillTube.

User / You / Your means any individual who accesses or uses the Platform.

User Account means the registered account created by a User to access the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally competent to enter into a binding contract under Applicable Law to use the Platform.

By using ChillTube, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

Minors may access age-appropriate content only under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Scope of Services

ChillTube is an over-the-top (OTT) digital entertainment platform that provides access to licensed movie and video content.

Certain Content and features are available only to Users with an active paid subscription.

ChillTube reserves the right to add, remove, modify, suspend, or discontinue any Content, feature, or part of the Services at any time due to licensing, legal, technical, or business reasons.

4. User Account and Registration

Registration may be required to access the Services.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep such information updated.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted through your User Account.

You must immediately notify us at apps@pheuture.com of any unauthorized access or use of your account.

ChillTube shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account due to your failure to safeguard credentials.

5. Subscription, Payments, and Billing

ChillTube operates on a paid subscription model.

Subscription plans, pricing, duration, benefits, and billing terms are displayed to Users prior to purchase.

Payments are processed through authorized third-party payment gateways.

By subscribing, you authorize ChillTube and its payment partners to charge the applicable fees and taxes to your selected payment method.

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

All subscription fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in the Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable Use and User Conduct

The Platform and Services are provided for personal and non-commercial use only.

You agree not to:

• Copy, download, reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, transmit, or exploit any Content except as expressly permitted
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code
• Circumvent or disable any security or content protection mechanisms
• Upload, transmit, or share content that is unlawful, harmful, obscene, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise objectionable
• Introduce viruses, malware, or engage in activities that disrupt or damage the Platform

ChillTube reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All Content available on the Platform is owned by or licensed to Pheuture Studio Private Limited.

All trademarks, logos, service marks, and software are proprietary to ChillTube or its licensors.

No right, title, or interest in any Content is transferred to you, except for the limited right to access and view Content for personal use.

8. Third-Party Services and Links

The Platform may contain links or integrations to third-party websites, services, or applications.

ChillTube does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.

Your interactions with third parties are governed by their respective terms and policies.

9. Content Availability and Streaming Quality

ChillTube does not guarantee the availability of any specific title at any time.

Content availability may vary due to licensing restrictions, geographic limitations, or technical reasons.

Streaming quality may depend on device capability, network conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

10. Suspension and Termination

ChillTube may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform without notice if:

• You violate these Terms or Applicable Law
• You misuse the Services or payment systems
• Required by legal or regulatory authorities

Termination does not entitle you to any refund.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChillTube disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted service, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, ChillTube shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform or Services.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ChillTube, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts located in New Delhi, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

16. Changes to Terms
